Metal Honeycomb Subsrate Introduction:

High strength complex substrate plus big surface area and active element of noble metal could lower down pollutant value of motorcycle exhaust efficiently, such as CO, HC, NOX etc...And such kind of catalyst is of excellent catalytic activity and durability that could reach Euro emission standard IV or V.

The material of outside shell is SUS441 and 444. The foil material of inside is OCr21Al6, and the thickness is 0.1mm. Compared to ceramic substrate, the metallic substrate has good heat conduction advantage. The honeycomb metal substrate for precious metal coating, our technology can make sure the low loss rate. It can be made of concentric round metal substrate, also can be made of duboule's metal substrate.
