Diesel particulate filter is used to remove black smoke (PM e. G.: Hydrocarbons, soot) from diesel engine exhaust, being a great contribution to the environment because of dealing with the exhaust from diesel engines. The diesel particulate filter can be used in different industrial fields such as environment protection, petrol-chemistry, medicine manufacture and metallurgy etc. It has good investment return and broad prospect. The system installed DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) been examined for urban bus, forklift, truck & mining constructing equipment.

Automobile exhaust catalyst carrier is the company's mainstream products, its coefficient of thermal expansion can be controlled at 1.1 × 10-6, the average pore diameter, 8-10μ M, hole wall thickness 0.15-0.17mm, reached domestic leading level, fully meet various automobile exhaustuse of the catalyst carrier requirements. As a the ceramic honeycomb national standard formulation of one of the units, our company has independently developed the core technology to reduce the the product thermal expansion coefficient, pore structure and pore wall. I am currently produces more than 40 kinds of standard models of automobile exhaust catalyst carrier, these products are exported to Germany, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, France and other countries.

Honeycomb ceramic substrate is made of cordierite, and it is used for car catalytic converter. We can supply both ceramic element coated with noble metals of Pt, Pd, Rh and ceramic element without noble metals.
